I’m a design leader who believes empathy drives transformation. For more than a decade I’ve directed product design across consumer and enterprise platforms at global scale, covering identity, payments, cloud governance, and design systems.

At Yahoo I founded and scaled Denali, an open-source enterprise design system that reduced redundant UI work by 45 percent and became the standard across 3,500 engineers. I also led the modernization of Yahoo’s cloud governance platform, delivering more than $9 million in annual savings, and redesigned privacy consent flows that drove a 7 percent lift in ad revenue.

What matters most to me is developing high-performing teams. I’ve advanced designers into senior and lead roles while growing design organizations across multiple verticals. My focus has always been on clarity, governance, and collaboration so teams can move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Today my work is about building design that is measurable, scalable, and human. It is rooted in user needs and aligned with business outcomes.
